#BurnTheStigma and Support Cannabis Amnesty

VerdeVie is choosing to give back to its community by partnering with Cannabis Amnesty on a new campaign and initiative: #BurnTheStigma.

This goal for the new initiative is to create greater awareness amongst Canadians on issues of injustice and to undo harms caused by Canada’s history of cannabis criminalization, particularly its disproportionate incarceration of Black, Indigenous and vulnerable members of society.

What’s more, from October 17th until November 17th, 2019 VerdeVie will be donating ALL of its proceeds from ALL items purchased from its online store to Cannabis Amnesty!

Created by real people, for real people, Verde is changing the way we think about cannabis and cannabis smokers by normalizing the ideology of cannabis and altering the status quo.

About Cannabis Amnesty

Cannabis Amnesty first launched on May 5th, 2018 with a petition now signed by over 10,000 Canadians asking the government to pardon all simple possession offenses. Cannabis Amnesty’s work helped push the government to pass Bill C-93 – providing a path to expedited criminal record suspensions. There is still more to be done, and the fight in righting our country’s past wrongs is not over!
